TOPIC: OONYX STARTER WON'T RUN

I've downloaded a thousand times the Oonyx Starter but it never start the installation. what can I do?

I am also having the same problem, when I click the starter it pops up and says launching OONYX Starter but doesn't move.

I didn't have any problem with the starter on my computer but now, after i bought the full version of personal trainer ethan, oonyx starter won't open I keep getting the same message, "System Error-Could not load version info!" I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I even tried shutting my computer down and turning it back on if any updates need to happen. NO updates. I don't know what to do now.
